My client is seeking an experienced Project Lead to support European Business Operations by providing Project Leadership as part of the Supply Chain&Technical Operations Team. This is a hybrid role requiring European travel when required. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership&support during new product introductions, evaluation of new business opportunities and when investigating/resolving challenges in the manufacturing/supply chain for new&existing products Leadership&support of a range of Supply Chain&Technical Projects&initiatives to support the European Business Operations, including: Evaluation of scope, resource requirements, budget, business case&schedules for project&initiatives, Establishing&leading cross-functional project teams comprising internal&external subject matter experts Development and monitoring detailed project plans, highlighting critical paths, key milestones&external dependencies Providing direction&management to ensure that projects are consistently delivered on time and within budget Project sponsors&stakeholders management – development of a consistent&concise approach to reporting updates at all levels within the organisation Leading supply chain&technical work streams to support the registration&commercialisation of new product&territory launches Designing&Implementing systems&methodologies to ensure an efficient, consistent&transparent approach to projects. Skills&Experience Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline 5 years of Project Management/Leadership experience in an equivalent senior role within the Pharma Industry Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical development, licensing&commercialisation process, including GxP Compliance, Regularly Affairs, Supply Chain/External Manufacturing&Distribution Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certifications are desirable but not essential
