A leading, global AJ100 architecture practice is looking for an experienced Studio Coordinator to join their Oxford studio to cover a 1 year maternity contract. This international award-winning practice is renowned for working on a diverse and exciting range of architecture, masterplanning, heritage and interiors projects. As the Studio Coordinator, you will provide support across the studio ensuring it runs smoothly. Your role will be broad and will include project coordination, facilities and office management. Key Responsibilities include: - Assist with fee and resource management, conduct project reviews, and update their project management software Ensure Health&Safety and ISO standards are met and manage office supplies. Provide induction and Health&Safety information to new employees Implement and maintain business procedures Provide support to the technical team, including booking travel, printing reports and drawings etc. Book rooms, host guests, and manage meeting logistics Meet and greet visitors and answer calls Organise employee events Key Skills Required: - Previous experience in a similar studio coordinator role Flexible approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and spoken communication skills Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Can work collaboratively within a team locally, regionally, and across the wider business Strong MS Office skills If you are an experienced Studio Coordinator looking for a role working for a leading practice where you can add value, please get in touch to discuss further.
