This position requires a deep understanding of financial products and strong organisational skills, our client is open to candidates who have worked in law firms and investment banks, as well as someone who has been involved in high-value, time-sensitive deals, often collaborating with cross-functional teams that include attorneys, bankers, and financial analysts. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with the preparation, review, and management of legal documentation related to structured finance transactions, derivatives, and asset-backed securities. Conduct due diligence, including reviewing contracts, agreements, and supporting materials. Draft and revise transaction documents, schedules, and closing binders. Coordinate and facilitate closings, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly executed and delivered. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and document flow. Maintain and organise files, databases, and legal records. Research legal and regulatory issues related to structured finance and prepare memos or reports for attorneys. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a structured finance or corporate paralegal role, preferably within a large law firm or financial institution. Strong understanding of structured finance concepts and transaction processes. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal document management systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
