A rapidly growing, PE-backed business within the financial services sector is looking to bring in a Strategy&Planning Manager to assist with the creation of a new team. You will need to have prior experience in setting up a newly-formed strategy team, bringing knowledge of OKR frameworks, as well as reporting cadence and structures. Responsibilities Work closely with the Strategy and Planning Director to establish the planning cadence and strategic priorities Lead the way in establishing an OKR framework for the team, drawing upon additional support if needed to ensure this is embedded correctly within the business Advise on tools, templates, and best practice for this newly created team, to help set them up for success into the future Requirements Previous experience in setting up new reporting structures, OKR frameworks, and best-practice Experience within consulting, ideally having reached Manager-level, where you can work independently and proactively on projects. You will be responsible for driving the agenda and delegating tasks where necessary Experience working within a PE backed business and/or financial services is helpful, but non-essential Other Details Start date: Ideally no later than 27th January Duration: 3 months Day rate: £600 - £800 LTD Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in central London office
