We're hiring a Strategy&Ops Manager for an early stage consumer start-up company based in central London, with hybrid working. Operating in the consumer space, this business is well funded, have built a solid customer base and have already grown to a team of 10 people. Their leadership team consists of individuals from top tier consulting firms and global tech business. This is a brand new role, reporting into the Director of Operations. The Strategy&Operations Manager will be at the heart of the business, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring their operations are efficient and scalable. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide strategies. Analyzing key operational data and identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth. Leading cross-functional projects to support business objectives. Designing and refining scalable processes as the company evolves. Managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across departments. Playing an instrumental role in launching new products or services Applicants should have: Experience : strategy, operations, or consulting roles; start-up experience is a strong plus. Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans. Problem-Solving Abilities : A proactive approach to finding solutions and navigating complex challenges. Leadership and Communication : Experience managing projects and influencing teams to achieve goals. Adaptability : Comfort working in a fast-changing environment and an eagerness to wear multiple hats. Candidates can expect a salary between £50,000 and £55,000, high autonomy and great culture.
