Job Title: Partner Development Manager / Strategic Partner Manager Location: London Tottenham Court Road (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon&Fri remote) Remuneration: £50/hour (£104,000 per annum) Contract Details: Temporary until 12th February 2026, Full Time Responsibilities: Manage Relationships: Cultivate and oversee key partnerships to drive strategic initiatives. Process Improvement: Develop new procedures to enhance partner interaction and operational efficiency. Ecosystem Growth: Identify and establish new partnerships while optimising existing ones. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align resources and strategies across various internal teams, including Product and Engineering. Expertise Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert for partners and industry trends. Data-Driven Leadership: Use metrics to track partner performance and forecast business outcomes. Skills/Experience/Education: Consultative Skills: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Contract Knowledge: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts meet business requirements. Customer Insights: Conduct thorough research on partners and industry trends to inform strategies. Negotiation Skills: Navigate through complex sales processes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Project Management: Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
