Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals. Implement processes and systems to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cases and shelves. Support the resolution of difficult customer situations by providing prompt and professional service. Communicate WFM vision and goals to team members and promote a positive work environment. Foster a culture of safety and compliance by adhering to established procedures and protocols. Requirements: 12 months of retail experience preferred. Proven track record of success in a retail operations environment. Expertise in areas such as team management, customer service, and inventory control. Strong basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to deliver clear information and respect customers, colleagues, and vendors. Ability to meet customer service expectations and adhere to time management and organization principles. Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
