Monitor service quality, minimising deductions through performance and compliance management. Support lifecycle planning and capital works procurement to maximise shareholder returns. To excel in this role, you’ll bring: A degree in construction/FM disciplines or senior-level experience in PFI projects. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely or higher). Expertise in project finance, lifecycle planning, risk management, and contract compliance.
