This is more than just a job - it’s an opportunity to lead, inspire, drive innovation and create something extraordinary Your mission To develop a strategic roadmap for partnerships aligned with market trends and business goals To identify and grow relationships with top-tier F&B brands, showcasing opportunities that enhance brand equity and drive revenue Negotiate and deliver a robust pipeline of initiatives that align with partner and venue objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure flawless execution of projects Track performance, analyse trends, and make recommendations to refine and improve outcomes What you’ll bring to the table Proven success in a similar role focused on partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial collaborations Previous experience working for a major venue, sports team, or food and beverage chain A proactive, self-starting attitude, with the confidence to approach new clients, network, and lead negotiations Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals Strong collaborative capability, nurturing trust and alignment with partners and internal teams A passion for food and beverages, ideally complemented by certifications such as WSET, sommelier training, or an F&B accreditation NB You must hold permanent right to work in the UK for the role.
