Mian responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Work closely with the Creative Directors to ensure alignment of spatial design projects with broader creative and commercial goals. Drive creative thinking that supports key marketing and client engagement priorities. End-to-End Design Management: Oversee the full design process from initial research, ideation, and creative conceptualisation to impactful presentation of concepts, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand vision. Effectively translate design ideas into global guidelines through reference packs, sketches, and hand-drawings in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Project Collaboration: Partner with events and production teams across projects to uphold the creative vision, identifying key suppliers and reputable partners to support project execution as needed. Process Optimisation: Establish streamlined, efficient processes for creative design and production that support the commercial strategy for events, experiences, and special projects. Foster partnerships with external agencies and third-party vendors to enhance the creative output. Quality Control&Onsite Support: Provide onsite support to monitor supplier quality and ensure the highest standards of creative execution, maintaining the overall vision across all projects. Global Trend Awareness: Stay current on cultural trends in music, art, and fashion, continuously incorporating innovative, relevant, and industry-leading ideas into spatial designs. Task Prioritisation: Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and efficient resource allocation. Qualifications: Extensive Spatial Design Experience: Proven expertise in creative design, particularly in retail, live events/theatre, and spatial or experiential design, with a focus on thoughtful, intelligent, and innovative solutions. Strategic Creativity: Energetic, motivated creative thinker with a passion for learning and growth in the fashion industry, skilled in transforming complex concepts into practical design solutions. Organisation&Adaptability: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong self-motivation and exceptional organizational skills. Capable of adapting to changing project demands and overcoming challenges to deliver outstanding results. Project Management&Budgeting: Knowledgeable in budget management, materials sourcing, and procurement processes, with experience working onsite with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure project standards are met. Technical Skills: Proficient in Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
