Sous Chef – Modern Italian / British Restaurant in West London £45,000 - £47,000 Role : Sous Chef Location: West London Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 Cuisine : Modern Italian / British, showcasing sustainability and exceptional local produce. Schedule : 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off rota for work-life balance. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated chef with: A strong track record in Michelin-starred kitchens. A creative mindset paired with excellent technical skills. Proven leadership and management abilities. A positive attitude and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining establishments, Michelin starred restaurants, or private members clubs Extensive knowledge of Italian and British cuisine Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment Excellent organisational and time management abilities Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable Benefits: Competitive salary of £45,000 - £47,000 per annum.
