As part of their strategic expansion plans, they’re seeking a commercial&customer centric presales expert to join their growing team in London. The Role: You will provide expert support to the sales teams who are responsible for providing a variety of software solutions to end customers. You will be responsible for managing the presales solution stage end-to-end. This will involve attending customer meetings, leading customer presentations&demonstrations, formulating solution designs in line with the customers’ requirements, addressing&solving key pain points. Location: City of London HQ – Hybrid working - 4 days remote, 1 day in the office. They are seeking candidates with the following skills&experience: ➡ Strong end-to-end presales/solutions engineering experience ➡ Experienced gained within a technology driven financial services organisation (i.e. FinTech, RegTech) ➡Knowledge and experience in Regulation, Risk, Compliance, Governance ➡Excellent client relationship skills with a customer centric approach. ➡Experience of translating specific customer requirements into a tailored, Data focused use case.
