Rev&Regs are recruiting for a Solicitor Partner Corporate role on behalf of a well-established Law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an established senior corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm. Responsibilities: Help manage and grow the corporate workload largely independently Lead on M&A transactions Provide support to the Commercial team Identify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions. Experience Required: 6 Years PQE Strong Corporate / M&A experience A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment. Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills; high energy; a desire to learn; and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. Ability to exercise sound judgement, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including taking difficult decisions and providing substantiated arguments and reasoning for your position Qualified solicitor, with background from a good corporate&commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of corporate transactions.
