Sole Legal Counsel Consumer Loans £110,000 - £120,000 I’m working with a consumer lending business, looking to hire a Sole Legal Counsel. My client is PE backed and FCA regulated. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and technically capable Laywer to take on an autonomous role within a market leading organisation. The main responsibilities of the role include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters. Advising on compliance and regulatory issues. Providing training where necessary on regulatory compliance to the wider business. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including finance, commercial, compliance on a range of add-hoc legal isssues.
