Snr Account Director - Global Brand Experience Agency An award-winning Brand Experience Agency, with a truly global reach, are now looking to hire a leader within their Client Service Team With exciting international growth plans, this is the perfect to join as a strategic client partner and play an influential role in attracting, retaining, and growing one or a portfolio of clients. Salary: £70,000 per annum Benefits (including Annual Bonus and work abroad 3 weeks a year) Basis: Full time Location: Central London - 4 Days in Office&1 day WFH. You will be stepping into an Agency with an ethos that is built on creativity, consumer insight and pursuit of emerging trends and technologies. You’ll join a mission to craft stories, shape spaces and create fans. This Agency are proud to do this for a host of blue-chip and niche brands including Jaguar Land Rover, World Rugby, Porsche, eBay, Honda, Jaeger- LeCoultre, Bridgestone, La Espanola, to name only a few. Snr Account Director - The Role: Client services - Leadership of an agency team and portfolio of clients. Responsibility for the strength of client relationship(s). - Responsible for driving successful implementation of multiple projects within one or across various client groups. - Seeks to personally grow client and industry networks. - Leads client development plans and strategies that deliver on client / agency targets. Ensures client feedback and reviews occur and inform future ways of working. - Proficient in crafting a clear activation strategy and the skill sets required to deliver - Defines expectations for ‘best-in-class’ client service across the team - Externally is the client lead, ensuring excellence in client servicing. Internally provides project oversight and direction. - Identifies organic growth opportunities with existing clients and converts them into agency briefs - Plays a significant role in pitches, building rapport and trust with clients, and recognised for expertise. Finance / Commercial - Takes a lead in defining the commercial terms with clients, producing SoW, rate cards, budget templates. - Approves project budgets for client campaigns. Can advise how to better improve GP without compromising on client ROI. - Drives commercial understanding and financial process throughout the client service team. About You: Communication - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Articulate, credible and personable. - Demonstrates empathy and listens actively to understand both specific and implied client needs. - Seen as an expert within Brand Experience, able to interpret and challenge client briefs to present integrated Brand Experience solutions. - Builds connections throughout client and industry networks. Attitude and Approach - Able to work independently and manage upwards when necessary. - Will always go the extra mile for clients and the agency. - Excellent attention to detail with good organisation and administration skills. - Inventive, resourceful and driven to go beyond the ordinary. - Keen interest and passion for brand experience. - Leads team members by example. Provides regular, honest feedback and direction.
