We are looking for a highly skilled Site Access Assurance Manager to oversee all aspects of physical security and site access for a large passive estate. This critical role ensures compliance, operational excellence, and the safeguarding of assets through effective access governance and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Access Assurance Manager include

• Access Assurance Delivery: Manage site access and ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and operational standards.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless access control and security.
• Governance & Control: Implement and oversee strict governance processes, including onboarding of companies and individuals.
• Risk & Incident Management: Proactively address security risks and manage incidents to resolution.
• Health, Safety & Environment: Collaborate with the HSQE team for high-risk activities and provide oversight for low-risk work.
• Parts & Services: Oversee the deployment of smart locks, key provision, and BAU lock management.

The successful Site Access Assurance Manager will have:

• Proven experience in health and safety and understanding its link to access management.
• Strong background in access management and physical security.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of digital access permit systems.

Desired Skills

• Experience in access management within telecoms network infrastructure.
