Site Agent – London - HS2 Working on the structures side of HS2 delivering the viaduct across the West Midlands region. Location:- Birmingham Salary:- £65,000 basic Car Lodgings Package Role Description The Resolute Group is working in partnership with the key contractors delivering HS2, focused on delivering over £3bn of work over the next 5 years. Due to the growth in programme we need a Site Agent from a structures background to support the viaduct delivery. Having control for all the sub-contractors on your section of works which could be over 500 at peak. Handling the programme of works with the site teams, working with the planners over changes and delays, through to the commercial teams, updating them with changes in the programme. You need to have the technical knowledge of structures to be able to deliver a very complex, public-focused project. Understanding the designs, lifting programme and supporting stakeholders is key with projects such as Bridges, or Infrastructure lifts would be ideal. This role is based in Birmingham on site 5 days a week, as such if you live over 55 miles away / outside a commutable distance full lodgings will be paid for. Required Experience Tier 1 experience on structures (be it a Sub Agent stepping up or a Site Agent looking for a secure major project to deliver) Degree in Civil Engineering ideally or Engineering based subject.
