Opus have partnered with a renowned Utilities provider who are currently looking to build out the internal ServiceNow Centre of Excellence with an experienced ServiceNow professional who will take ownership of the current platform. They have an existing team of 3 in house specialists with a surrounding IT Service Desk entity. The role itself is pivotal for the administration, configuration&maintenance of the overall platform. You will collaborate with multiple business units including IT team's Development, the wider team&internal stakeholders. You will be a key member of the business who will support, develop, drive&enhance their platform to the best ability. What your day to day will look like: Maintain&enhance the current ServiceNow platform whilst integrating updates Configure&customise the platform applications, modules&workflows Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the platform function meets requirements Collaborate with multiple internal team's as well as user support Implementing best practices for the platform What they are looking for: 3 year's ServiceNow experience Proven hands on experience with configuration&integration including workflows, troubleshooting, user stories etc Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple business units&stakeholders Exposure to ITSM&CSM modules is key - HRSD&ITOM is highly desirable Knowledge of ITIL lifecycles Must be ServiceNow CSA certified Experience with REST/SOAP API's is desirable Full rights to work in the UK What they offer: Up to £55,000 base salary 25 days annual leave with the ability to buy 5 more Strong pension plan Full private healthcare&vitality plan for you&the family Flexible hybrid working (2 days in their London office) Bursary for your own personal development Full support&1-1 mentorship where needed Please apply for more information, questions&consideration on this position.
