Service Desk Analyst – Hybrid Working Location: Milton Keynes (Tilbrook, near to Red Bull Racing HQ) Salary: £24,000 per annum benefits £150 additional weekend pay Working Hours: After the probation period, you will fall into a shift pattern of 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm, including 1 in 4 weekends Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while growing your technical skills in a progressive, supportive environment? Our client, a world-class security and digital transformation solutions provider , works with some of the UK’s most secure clients, including the MoD, Police, and Government , as well as overseas and private sector companies. They’re looking to grow their collaborative Service Desk Team with an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst . What’s in it for you? What you’ll do Accurately log and manage incoming support requests on a Service desk ticketing platform Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve 1st-line technical issues. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with a close-knit team to ensure seamless operations. What we’re looking for At least 12 months of commercial Service Desk experience . A customer-focused mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of: Service desk operations and ticketing systems. Operating systems (Office 365, Windows 10, MacOS). IT technologies like MDM, virtualisation, networking, and antivirus software (Sophos). An understanding of ITIL would be a bonus. Important Information To be eligible, you must: Hold a UK passport or have 5 years of continuous UK residency (required for UK Security Clearance).
