What you’ll do Accurately log and manage incoming support requests on a Service desk ticketing platform Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve 1st-line technical issues. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with a close-knit team to ensure seamless operations. What we’re looking for At least 12 months of commercial Service Desk experience . A customer-focused mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of: Service desk operations and ticketing systems. Operating systems (Office 365, Windows 10, MacOS). IT technologies like MDM, virtualisation, networking, and antivirus software (Sophos). An understanding of ITIL would be a bonus.
