Salary: £22,861.62 per annum plus pension & excellent benefits

Job Type: parttime

Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, analytical and people focussed Service Administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly referrals team in Wakefield. This role is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week but we are open to discuss more flexible working arrangements with the right candidate. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,861.62 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the efficient running of the main office in the Service using appropriate office equipment and computerised systems and to act as a central point for enquiries, answering the telephone and greeting visitors and to respond to requests for information in keeping with the Trust Policy on confidentiality.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Service and to complete returns as directed.
  • Input accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and to produce reports as required.
  • Prepare invoices, record payments and expenditure, bank income and manage the Service’s petty cash budget within Trust policy.
  • Manage the office petty cash float, postage and stationery budgets and the purchasing of other items as necessary.
