The Role: As a Sensory Panel Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sensory panel activities. This includes panel recruitment, training,&coordination to ensure the successful delivery of sensory evaluations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to product development&quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise,&lead sensory sessions, ensuring smooth execution&accurate data collection. Analyse sensory data&provide actionable insights to internal teams. Collaborate with product development&R&D teams to align sensory evaluations with project goals. Maintain high standards of quality&consistency in panel operations. About You: Experience in sensory evaluation or panel management is highly desirable. Strong organisational&communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
