This client are a leader in the homestays hospitality sector and a household name brand Location: UK, London Length: 12 months Rate: £68.20 p/h (Inside IR35) (140K p/a equivalent) Hours: 40 hours Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Villa Specialist to provide exceptional travel experiences to high-profile clientele, including celebrities, influencers, and other distinguished figures. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, and outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to deliver personalized, discrete, and impeccable service. This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within the luxury travel industry, focusing on ultra-luxury travel and high-end accommodations, including Luxe properties. Key Responsibilities: Guest Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing expert recommendations and personalized travel solutions to match their unique needs and preferences. Luxe Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Luxe homes and destinations to offer tailored suggestions that align with guest expectations. Sales and Business Development: Proactively engage with potential clients to promote villas and travel packages on Luxe. Use sales skills to convert leads into bookings and exceed sales targets. Concierge-Level Service: Offer highly personalized services, maintaining discretion, and confidentiality, and ensuring a superior guest experience from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. Booking Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end process of booking luxury accommodations, including working with travel coordinators, homeowners, realtors, and vendors to finalize arrangements and secure reservations. Problem-solving: Ensure smooth trip execution, managing any last-minute changes or unforeseen circumstances while maintaining high client satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with luxury homeowners, real estate agents, and travel vendors to secure preferential treatment and exclusive offerings for guests. Cost and Budget Management: Provide accurate cost estimates for travel arrangements and work within the client’s financial preferences, negotiating favorable rates and terms with vendors. On-Trip Support: Act as a liaison for guests during their travels, addressing any issues, requests, or emergencies that may arise. Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed key sales and service performance indicators, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Essential Qualifications: 10 years working in Luxury Hospitality Highly connected to Luxury providers and property owners in the region / local market Passionate, well-versed, and proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, real estate, or villa specialists. Global travel destination knowledge is preferred Proven solution-selling skills, with the natural ability to overcome objections. An overriding sense of urgency and a competitive spirit towards the achievement of targets Professional demeanour, maturity, and natural business acumen with an exceptionally high level of customer service In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including travel requirements, preferences, and schedules Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients Proven organizational skills which are reflected in effective prioritizing, multitasking, follow-up, and ultimate delivery of commitments Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations Discretion and respect for client privacy and confidentiality Apply Now The closing date for applications is COB 10/12
