Job Title: Senior Technical Sales Manager Location: Remote Salary: Dependent on Experience Job Type: Permanent Senior Technical Sales Manager: Key Responsibilities: Craft and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals. Establish and communicate achievable sales targets based on market potential. Develop key account plans to foster growth and maintain strong client partnerships. Drive business development initiatives to secure new opportunities. Apply proven methods for enhancing client engagement and retention. Perform routine evaluations to monitor and improve client satisfaction. Lead and guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Senior Technical Sales Manager: Experience and Qualifications Required: Proficient in managing relationships with leading vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare etc.) to maximize joint opportunities. Proven ability to establish, nurture, and grow strategic partnerships with technology vendors and enterprise clients Expertise in creating co-sell strategies that drive revenue growth and mutual business success. Skilled at working with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align partnership goals with organizational strategies. Experience in negotiating joint business agreements, including funding programs and partnership incentives. Familiarity with things like cloud solutions, SaaS, and IT infrastructure, enabling productive technical discussions with partners. Exceptional presentation and relationship management skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Capability to align partnership strategies with long-term company goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
