Role: Senior Structural Engineer Location: North Essex Salary: Dependant on experience Rise10 are working with an award winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy and trusted advisor, offering Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Building Surveying services to a wide variety of clients in the UK. Due to their continued success and growing business demands they are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer working on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK. The purpose of the role is to manage the design and planning of construction and alteration of various structural/infrastructure projects. Duties: Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to achieve long term goals and manage construction plans. Organise and lead technical surveys. Inspect properties to check conditions/structural integrity. Approve technical calculations. Produce detailed technical designs, submit technical documents and drawings for tenders. Managing fee projections. Supervise a small team. Travel to sit visits and client meetings. Skills and Experience: Experience within in a similar role for a consultancy firm. Must have experience in a client facing role and enjoy this part of your work. Degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering. You must hold a UK driving license and have your own transport.
