Our Client, a challenger bank, having gone through a period of change, is now looking for a Senior Sales Director to drive the UK through a significant period of growth. The remit will include (but not to limit to) creating and executing on the Go-To-Market strategy, developing a team of world class caliber sales professionals and building a market leading sales team. This is the ideal time to join a bank in a rapid growth phase with significant opportunity for the right individual to really build a game changing role for themselves. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across payments and banking product lines. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in target corporate and institutional clients. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for enterprise payment solutions. Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales managers and representatives. Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Generate detailed forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management. Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and client feedback. Required Experience 10 years of B2B sales experience in financial services, with at least 5 years focused on payments and banking solutions. Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth £1M annually. Deep understanding of UK payment systems, virtual account structures, and the corporate banking landscape. Strong network within UK corporate and institutional sectors.
