Oliver Sanderson are engaged with a National Logistics Business to source a Senior Risk Business Partner based in the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive Risk experience to join the internal team and work with individuals at all levels of the business including the Executive team. You will be a key player in helping to develop the risk culture and support management teams to analyse and address risk. Areas of focus: Develop and maintain the Risk Management framework, policy, and processes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Represent the Risk Department in senior oversight and external committees. Provide coaching and guidance to embed a risk-aware culture across the organisation. Identify, assess, and monitor key and emerging risks. Maintain and report on risk dashboards. Develop and maintain an enterprise assurance map. Monitor changes in business operations, evaluate their risk impact, and contribute to regulatory and strategic initiatives. Review and challenge the risk maturity of first-line functions. Support process improvements across the organisation. Skills&experience: Extensive experience in risk, compliance, or finance within a complex organisation. Proven track record of working at a senior level. Ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgment. Consistently upholds strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. Adaptable to change and thrives under pressure in dynamic environments. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. A professional qualification in Risk Management or Internal Auditing is preferred. This role has an exciting package on offer.
