It allows companies to shelve bad ideas and improve on good ones. They've received a HUGE Series D round ($100M) and are looking to scale up across the organisation. In line with growth, they’re looking for a skilled Senior Research Exec to work within their Product team and help shape their already robust market research software. Collaborate with stakeholders, configure their industry-leading platform and ensure high-quality product delivery across the board. Key tasks include: - Prioritisation: balance and prioritise competing features in alignment with the product strategy, planning workloads and generating roadmaps from inception to launch. - Customer Insights: identify, research, and deeply understand customer needs, specifying epics, breaking them down into stories, and writing acceptance criteria. - Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with product designers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, driving initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal person: Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer insights or data analytics. Proven research skills, including questionnaire design and survey programming. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of consumer behaviour, market trends, and advertising/innovation research.
