We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Estate Agency team This can be Senior Consultant level&above £30,000-£45,000 basic 33% commission an extra 20% for everything you bill over £275K We’re a fun, energetic and forward-thinking company that is changing the stigma of recruitment. You will have 1-5 years experience in any recruitment market and be confident in both business development and candidate attraction The market is fast paced and has a quick turnaround in placement of candidates, so you’ll enjoy managing multiple processes at any one time You’ll enjoying working as part of a team and you’ll bring new exciting ideas to the team You’ll be energetic, positive and a real people person. This is a relationship lead market, so you’ll be good at creating rapport quickly and creating long lasting relationships with clients What can we offer for?
