Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: North London Package: £80,000 plus car allowance and bonus Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor that boasts an impressive turnover of £100m and who specialise in a variety of different sectors who are now on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a £20m New Build Residential and Commercial project based in North London with an Assistant QS working underneath yourself. Responsibilities You will be the lead on a New Build Commercial and Residential project which consists of five building of which two have been procured. Alongside the New Build side there is a Refurbishment element to the project. Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members Requirements Experience within the Residential sector. Also have some sort of experience in managing a team. Senior QS who has experience leading projects up to £20m. Drivers license required. What is in it for you? Up to £80,000 per annum.
