D&B company require a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London. 70K - 80K package Your new companyA design and build contractor based in London, the company has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, including residential, healthcare, commercial, and hospitality. They are committed to delivering complex projects safely and on schedule and have a number of projects in the pipeline as well as repeat business clients. Most of their work is based in central London and the West End.Your new roleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing a diverse range of projects, including refurbishments, fit out, structural alterations, cut and carve, re-cladding, and new builds. These projects are complex and typical range in value from 10m to 20m.
