Alpha Associates Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client based in Liverpool. This will be a mix of office based and on-site work. Main Responsibilities Required of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Negotiating contracts Conducting cost estimates Advise on new strategies and improvements Monitor project expenditures Implement cost-saving measures Qualifications Required of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Experience working on residential development projects (medium-large projects) In depth knowledge of cost management in depth knowledge of construction contracts The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to £70,000 per annum.
