Senior Pursuit Manager London/South west/ remote 6 month FTC We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Pursuit Manager to join a rapidly expanding Professional Services firm. In this business critical role you will be aligned to the firm’s most strategic tenders, as sole support, or working with a bid project manager or BD specialist. Your role will be a mix of bid project management and Pursuits bid lead. You will take a consistent approach to supporting tenders using the bid project management toolkit and bid content repository. Key responsibilities : -Leading on cross-firm strategic tenders, influencing stakeholders and increasing win rate -Using Pursuit tools for a consistent approach to SWOT, competitor analysis, points of engagement, stakeholder analysis -Chairing and drive forward key milestones and actions from kick-off/strategy meetings, from proposition development to design and production -Managing and drafting compelling non-technical responses -progressing project plans associated with pursuits best practice, designed to improve the firm’s win rate -Coaching presentation teams for winning presentations/interviews -Innovating and driving forward Pursuit team efficiencies – from process to project management The Candidate: A strong track record of supporting the full bid cycle and confident in strategically leading and advising bid teams Previous experience working within successful professional services/legal highly beneficial A track record of working on public sector pursuits Don’t meet every single requirement?
