As a Senior Property Lawyer, you’ll play a key role in managing high-value and complex property transactions, helping to deliver innovative projects that drive positive change. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and negotiate property agreements, including leases, licenses, and acquisitions. Provide strategic legal advice on property and land matters, including planning, development, and compliance. Work with external counsel and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction management. Assess property-related risks and ensure regulatory compliance across projects. Draft, review, and advise on a range of property-related contracts and documents. Partner with senior leadership to influence and contribute to strategic decision-making. About You: A qualified solicitor with 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law. Deep expertise in commercial property, ideally with experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a track record of managing complex transactions. A proactive problem-solver with excellent relationship-building capabilities. Clear and concise communicator, able to provide actionable advice on complex legal matters. A team-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
