Location: Hybrid (UK-based opportunities) Salary: Up to £75k per Annum 20% discretionary bonus The Opportunity A leading Hospitality client requires a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative technology and business change projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technology and change experience. Key Responsibilities Provide effective governance through scope control, budget management, and planning. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed. Manage multiple technology and business change projects across the organization and its wider group. Tailor project approaches and communication styles based on complexity, risk, and audience. Build relationships by engaging with teams at every level, including frontline and head office teams. Skills Experience Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex projects. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Proficient in project governance, budget management, and planning. Excellent communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Background in retail, leisure, or hospitality industries. Strong knowledge of business systems and commercial operations. Familiarity with methodologies such as APM, Prince2, or AgilePM. Positive attitude with a passion for embracing and driving change.
