My client is a leading Challenger Bank and they are searching for a Product Manager with UK Payments and Cross Border payments experience. Key responsibilities and competencies Supporting the Head of Product with the creation and maintenance of the roadmap and its delivery. Creating and owning a “live” product vision and roadmap which articulates the evolution of the product and demonstrates the value. Lead multi-departmental and stakeholder story-mapping, requirements, process-mapping, and solution design workshops To act a servant-leader to your scrum teams – articulating visions, requirements, drawing process flows (current and future), writing requirements, and maintaining a healthy backlog Ensure any solutions and products have a defined operating model and processes (existing or new), they are documented, understood, and “bought-in to” by all stakeholders Work with other Product Owner’s and development teams. Strong experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering value and innovative change in challenging environments Experience managing core banking systems and vendors. Must have strong UK payment Ideally knowledge and experience with the following BACS, CHAPS, FPS, SWIFT and ISO 20022 Payment Scheme Rule book knowledge of BACS and FPS would be advantageous Experience working with Cross Boarder Payments would be nice to have.
