Senior Product Designer London Up to £75k We are working with a rapidly scaling D2C beauty brand who are leading the way in their field. They are looking to hire a Senior Product Designer to work closely with the Head of Product Design on a new business area. What you'll be doing:- Stakeholder Management -you will be responsible for working across a variety of internal teams. Qualitative Research - you'll play a key role in planning and conducting user research working closely with the CS team to add insight. You'll also develop a thorough understanding of the user journey across multiple touchpoints. Quantitative Research- this is a data driven business so you'll be expected to work with data at the forefront of your approach and decision making. Product Design- you'll be responsible for producing top-quality and innovative design solutions informed by data and insights. Project Management- You will be expected to manage processes end to end working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders. What we are looking for:- You'll have a degree in a design related field. Prior experience in either a mobile-first customer facing environment, a D2C subscription brand or Healthcare or beauty would be advantageous. You will be able to show a prior portfolio with a clean visual style. Prior experience working across teams, especially working collaboratively with developers and product owners. Prior management experience would be a plus.
