Procurement Business Partner/ Senior Procurement Manager | Marketing and HR | £70,000 - £85,000 per annum up to 20% bonus a competitive 15% non-contributory pension hybrid working to either Central London or Bristol office - ideally 3 days in office and rest WFH. Overview: A Procurement Business Partner, senior position leading the Marketing and HR category working within a fantastic purpose led commercial organisation within financial services focusing on mobility needs and providing affordable and sustainable financial solutions. This role will be leading and managing high profile and high value suppliers and contracts. Collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently manage contract renewals, operating as the single main point of contact and leading on supplier contracts and commercial negotiations. What the role involves: Drive strategic procurement by leading contract renewals in partnership with senior leadership. Evaluate sourcing models (outsourcing, hybrid, insourcing) to identify optimal pricing and value. Develop supplier strategies collaboratively with senior stakeholders, informed by market intelligence. Oversee supplier performance, manage risks, and resolve disputes through proactive contract management. Lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money. The person we hope to find: Solid experience within Marketing Procurement including ‘Martech’ and if you have Procurement experience with HR category, this would be helpful Proven experience of managing Marketing stakeholders and being able to make key strategic decisions on the supplier base you are engaged with Self-starter, takes initiative and is proactive in building relationships.
