We are looking for a Senior Planner who has incredible experience in CRM and Data-Driven Marketing to join a fantastic Global Brand Activation Agency and work with in their Data&Insights team. We are looking for someone with a passion for CRM and Data and thrive working on CRM Programmes and Campaigns, this will be a role for you You will consultant clients on consumer data initiatives and provide best advice to help with their marketing challenges. This role will require frequent travel to Cirencester (Once a week). Responsibilities Develop data strategies. Present proposals and analysis projects to senior clients. Ensure all outputs such as marketing strategy, analysis or technology solution satisfy the business requirements. Write comprehensive briefs. Support the client services team. Able to identify potential issues. Provide accurate work assessments. Knowledge Great CRM/Data Strategy/Planning Experience Hands on experience of planning and analysing multi-channel marketing activity with a strong focus on email. Working with senior high profile clients. Recent experience of leading large scale campaigns/technology/data management/BI projects within a data marketing sector. Able to read an audience, balancing delivery between the macro and micro picture. Able to present in an articulate and engaging way. Sound analytical understanding and ability to translate analysis into insights, into action. Have a general understanding of relational databases and single customer view creation. Understand how digital, social and offline data can be integrated into CRM programmes.
