A leading, boutique digital advertising agency is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to head up and build their paid search division. The agency helps businesses with complex offerings increase their sales through paid media, creative campaign development, and social-first content production. Role: Senior Paid Search Manager Location: Remote Salary: up to £55,000 Key Responsibilities: Running paid search campaigns for clients across all portfolios Develop the paid search strategy with other senior team members Grow the paid search department from the ground up Provide strategy, execution, and analysis for paid search Collaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts. Ideal Candidate: Has 3 years of commercial experience running Google ads Hands-on experience with Facebook ads Working with B2B and B2C clients Comes from a small agency background - ideal Proven experience analysing data, traffic analytics, and channel performance to recommend improvements What's in it for you?
