Senior Operations Manager - Minimum 6-Month Maternity Cover Pixi Inc. Pixi’s mission is the same now as it was on the first day the Pixi boutique opened; to simply bring out the best in everyone - to make everyone look like themselves, only better Flawless in few fuss-free minutes – that is what Pixi is about Key Areas of Responsibility: Ensuring goods are delivered and receipted into the warehouses as accurately and efficiently as possible, accountable for all Inbound movements into EMEA. Maintaining rolling stock analysis reports, including monthly statistics on sales, inbound receiving and months of holding inventory. Regularly reporting on status and KPIs to the UK and US, working to prevent items from going out of stock to assist in meeting customer needs. Managing the outbound team to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered to retailers on-time, ensuring tracking is recorded in the system. Managing sales order allocation and fulfilment in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy in orders sent and dispatched from the warehouse. Managing, preparing, and routing customer shipping requirements to the warehouses. Representing the operations department in the sales and operations meetings, assisting in “back in stock” updates and opportunities to increase sales and decrease lead times. Ensuring all inbound and forecast documents are updated regularly and communicated to the relevant teams on-time including month-end reporting, inbound visibility tracking, the out of stock report, monthly forecasts, and the warehouse split report. Managing and maintaining the SKU assemblies in the Pixi system, including the creation and management of Work Orders, building reports and month-end inventory reconciliation for builds. Managing stock reconciliation for all Pixi inventory sites weekly, ensuring the Pixi system is accurate to the inventory sites systems and discrepancies are captured and corrected. Dealing with chargebacks and customer claim investigations. Managing in-house and warehouse stock takes periodically and annually. All other responsibilities as assigned.
