The Business My client are one of the most exciting businesses in the UK, who have a portfolio of house hold names with award winning brands and operate both in the UK and International Market. In this role you will be responsible for growing and nurturing long-term strategic relationships. This would entail developing an excellent understanding of the category's landscape, drivers and competition using insights to shape and lead the conversation on category management with the customers. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the convenience channel and you'll have full P&L accountability of the channel. The aim will be to develop a close working relationship and delivering exceptional support and service to buying teams. Using your commercial acumen, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration skills you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing customer Joint Business Plans to achieve our volume, revenue, profit and distribution targets across multiple brands and formats. You will have the ability to develop tailored customer plans that recognise key consumer and shopper insights, whilst maintaining a “customer-centric” mindset at all times. Requirements: FMCG National Account Management experience in a blue-chip or large SME environment Experience managing a top 4 grocery or convenience accounts Strong Presentation&Communication skills Creative challenger mindset with a winning mentality Experience using Shopper, Category and consumer data to drive insight and successful action plans Track record of identifying and acting upon growth opportunities Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams The job requires you to be in the London office 1/2 days a week.
