Your Mission: As the Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Specialist), you will: Revolutionise the CNC Function: Develop, enhance, and expand CNC capabilities for bespoke, high-precision components. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the production planner to ensure bespoke customer demands are met efficiently and on time. Lead and Inspire: Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of CNC operators and programmers. Set the Standard: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scalable, repeatable production. Innovate with Automation: Streamline processes with advanced automation solutions to drive efficiency and quality. What We’re Looking For: To be considered for this role, you must have: Expertise in CNC Turning: With proven experience achieving tolerances as tight as 0.005— essential. Small Component Manufacturing: A solid background in producing parts for high-reliability sectors.— essential. Programming Mastery: Proficiency in programming 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.— essential. Engineering Qualification: Degree in a relevant field.— essential. Desirable: Leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams. Automation experience, with a focus on enhancing production workflows.
