Our client, a commodity trading firm is looking for a Senior LNG Analyst to join their team in London. Your responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with the gas analytics team, data engineers, traders, and global colleagues to create models that improve understanding of short- and medium-term fundamental dynamics in global and European markets. • Generating trading strategies informed by analysis of market fundamentals, statistical trends, and option pricing. • Upholding strong quantitative standards in analysis and regularly assessing the accuracy of outputs. • Building tools to track market trends and evaluate implied gas balances. • Clearly conveying insights and recommendations to traders, analysts, and management, while remaining adaptable to evolving responsibilities.
