Senior Legal Counsel – 12 month fixed term contract with permanent prospects- innovative household name, London £££ We have an exclusive mandate with an innovative global household brand who is a leader in their market having scaled 27 markets and counting plus is in high growth mode. There is a real mix of legal work covering franchising negotiations, trademark protection work, marketing advice and contracts review, commercial contracts preparation and review, disputes, group structuring and corporate work and data protection. All of this work is excitingly across the globe. You would work autonomously as well as with an inspiring Head of Legal as well as senior stakeholders in the business where your opinion will be valued and listened to. Initially a 12-month contract with permanent prospects, this role is based in the heart of London which is the headquarters for this company, a hybrid role with three days in the office. We are looking for candidates either in private practice who may have had a secondment or work in general commercial, IP, data privacy or competition law or in-house.
