Senior Finance Manager London | 3 days a week in the office £75,000 - £90,000 bonus The Company Our client, a PE-backed consumer tech business, are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join them. The role is based in London, with 3 days in the office, and will report into the Head of FP&A. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business, and play a key role in the continued success of the business. Key Responsibilities Budgeting&Forecasting: Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as conducting analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow. Cost Management: Oversee the preparation of cost reporting, analyse rising costs and implement solutions to cost control Cash flow forecasting: Partner with treasury to develop cashflow forecast and monitor working capital Stakeholder Management: Partner with the head of FP&A in presenting budgets and reports to senior stakeholders within the business The Candidate Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience Strong technical and analytical skills, with demonstrable experience in financial modeling Experience working within a tech company is desirable Entrepreneurial and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in a manager role, preferably within a PE-backed business Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
