We are seeking a motivated Firmware Engineer to join our client, a top-tier consumer electronics company, where you’ll lead firmware development for new projects within their core product line. 6 Month Initial Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, and test applications Develop data structures, software algorithms, and detailed design documentation Test, debug, and validate modules to meet project requirements Provide post-development support and optimize system performance Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in embedded firmware development using C/C++ and assembly Familiarity with debugging, emulation, and simulation tools Strong grasp of software development lifecycles and basic electronics hardware Bare-metal experience and knowledge of configuration tools This role is ideal for problem-solvers and collaborative team players passionate about firmware innovation.
