We are proud to be recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist role, based in Cambridge, on a 9-month FTC starting in mid-January. This organisation offers flexibility in terms of working patterns, at least 1 day a month on site however you are able to work on site more if this is your preference. Working as part of a small ER team, you will be responsible for your own employee relations cases ranging including – sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, flexible working, performance, and probation You will be CIPD qualified and experienced in managing a wide range of cases and be able to provide guidance to managers on policies and HR procedures. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders is essential to proactively guide and support them to develop strategies for ER resolution.
