They are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their existing team (circa 15), made up of passionate and like-minded Fullstack Java Engineers. As Senior Engineering Manager you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading and ensuring the scalability of their product - both technically (we need someone who enjoys being close to the code) and strategically leading the team.
