The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day desktop support, assisting end-users, including portfolio managers and traders. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Candidates should have extremely strong Windows/O365 knowledge and possess prior experience with SCCM and desktop imaging solutions, as well as Microsoft Intune.
