The Role This is a unique opportunity for a talented Senior Associate to handle a broad spectrum of complex and high-profile employment law matters. You'll advise a diverse client base, including global corporations, financial institutions, charities, and senior executives, across contentious and non-contentious issues. As part of this team, you’ll work on cutting-edge cases, providing practical solutions on matters such as: Employment law aspects of corporate finance transactions. Discrimination, redundancy, and dismissal disputes. Boardroom disputes, executive remuneration, and corporate governance. International employment issues, including dual contracts. Employment litigation in High Court, county courts, and employment tribunals. What They're Looking For: I'm keen to hear from senior employment lawyers with: Exceptional expertise in employment law ( 5 PQE ) and up-to-date knowledge of recent developments. Broad experience , including contentious, non-contentious, and cross-border matters. Client-facing skills to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service. Ambition and drive to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
